Classic Tacos

Meat

  • Pork canitas- Slow-cooked, tender pork carnitas topped with fresh coriander, diced onions and a squeeze of lime.
  • Beef birria- Juicy, slow-braised beef birria served in a crispy, cheese-lined corn tortilla, topped with fresh cilantro and diced onions, with a side of rich consommé for dipping.
  • Chicken tinga- Shredded chicken slow-cooked in a smoky, tangy chipotle tomato sauce, topped with crisp lettuce, crema, and crumbled queso fresco.
  • Beef cheek barbacoa- Tender, slow-braised beef cheek barbacoa with rich, smoky flavors, topped with fresh cilantro and diced onions
  • Crispy pork belly- Succulent, crispy pork belly topped with pickled red onions, fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of zesty salsa verde
  • Ancho chilli con carne- Slow-cooked beef in a rich, smoky ancho chili sauce, topped with melted cheese, fresh cilantro, and a dollop of crema

  • Baja fish- Crispy beer-battered white fish, zesty slaw, chipotle mayo, and fresh lime.
  • Spicy Prawn- Chilli-garlic prawns, mango salsa, citrus crema, shredded lettuce, and crunchy slaw.

Veg & Vegan

  • Sweet Potato & Black Bean- Roasted sweet potato, smoky black beans, chimichurri, pickled jalapeños, and crispy tortilla strips. (Vegan)
  • Garlic Mushroom & Corn- Sautéed mushrooms, sweetcorn, roasted garlic oil, salsa verde, and fresh herbs. (Vegan)

Meat

  • Jamaican jerk pork- Jerk-spiced pork shoulder, grilled pineapple, scotch bonnet crema, shredded red cabbage.
  • Buffalo chicken- Crispy fried chicken tossed in tangy buffalo sauce, topped with shredded lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, pickled celery, and a drizzle of ranch dressing
  • Korean BBQ Beef Taco- Soy-marinated bulgogi beef, kimchi slaw, gochujang mayo, sesame seeds, spring onion.
  • Japanese Katsu Chicken- Crispy chicken katsu, shredded cabbage, tonkatsu sauce, pickled ginger mayo, sesame seeds.

  • Teriyaki Salmon- Seared teriyaki salmon, wasabi mayo, pickled daikon & carrot, crispy nori strips
